Where do I start?
I was foolish enough to choose them to install replacement windows and doors back in February 2011.
I went into great detail about the sophit above my dormer windows with the salesman saying that I noticed a lot of the replacement windows around here did not have this replaced and it didn't look right.
The salesman assured me it was part of Weatherseal's standard dormer window installation.
This was the my sole reason for choosing Weatherseal windows.
When the windows were installed the sophit was not replaced and I have got nowhere dealing with their customer complaints/service department.
I will go into more detail in my next Blog, but the excellent customer service claims on their website just seem to be PR bunk, as to date I have not had anyone from Weatherseal actually investigate the mis-selling by their salesman.
It seems once they get your money they just don't want to know.
Am I the only Weatherseal customer who is totally fed up with being treated like crap by them?
